我也是浙江的,两次听力,第一次,我考了22.5,比班级平均分还低3分多,那时的心情很难受,我心理调节能力很差,一到大考就紧张,考试铃声响了我只涂了7道。老师安慰我,让我好好应对第二次听力考,因为听力这个不考智力,就考你的注意力,而且一定要多练!

学校每周一次,那你就每周3次,自己去找资料,买磁带。还有,一定要多研究听力稿,多读读,明白自己为什么会听错,这是很重要的。

第一次听力考我下了很多时间,就败在心态上,那次很简单。

第二次时,我减小了强度,但也保证每天2次,考了27分,第二次比第一次难很多,以及许多人之前没有我的那种情况,27分已经是我们班最高分。而第二次考试时,我将卡涂完还有1分钟。

你英语不差,听力这关一定要过,这比任何分都要好拿。之所以将我的经历告诉你,是希望你明白,在你已经付出你最大努力的基础上,你能考几分,就不要因为心态而造成遗憾,相信自己的实力,要给予自己充分的肯定。

最后,再建议一句,高考听力前一周,你每天晚上最好伴着听力入睡,语感很重要!
